Happy endings

Lou and Izzy-Izzy and John!

Our Librarian, Lou, holds Izzy in her "bed of roses."

Complete role reversal, John holding his "Biker Chick."
Her outfit came from LAPS THRIFT CART.

A NEW WAY TO CONTRIBUTE!

Last year we started a LAPS THRIFT CART, for which ARK Veterinary Clinic
(Dr. Jerry Scherzinger) was kind enough to lend us space. It turned out to be a smashing success!

Why not donate collars that your dogs have outgrown?  Or leashes, or pet Stuff that has accumulated due to friends who have no idea what to give you, but know you love Cairn Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Poodles or Cats,  and are forever giving you doodads pertaining to that breed or species?  Don't think just because it's worthless to you, it's useless to everyone.  WE CAN USE IT!

It will go in our LAPS THRIFT CART thereby beginning its second life at little cost to its new owner.  Just bring it in to Jerry's; we'll even do the sorting.

THANK YOU!

Your donations contribute to the welfare of animals in the care of LAPS by providing spay and neutering vouchers, chipping for finding lost pets, food and equipment.  They may include:
  • Contributing monies to a Donation Drive
  • Donating dog food or cat food
  • Taking shelter dogs for walks and offer grooming
  • Offering to help socialize cats and/or kittens. Be a "temporary friend" to a foster cat by devoting an hour or two to playing with it or brushing it.  You will feel GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF
  • Contacting us if you see feral cats or wandering or injured animals
  • Being a foster parent to an animal in need
  • Giving an animal a forever home - with you
